Yun Bong-gil Peace Festival

The Yun Bong-gil Peace Festival is an empathy- and participatory festival designed to foster values regarding peace by allowing children and families to share in Patriot Yun Bong-gil's patriotic spirit. Visitors can encounter the symbolic and diverse aspects of Patriot Yun Bong-gil through various themes, including thematic delivery and educational programs centered on the Yun Bong-gil Memorial Hall and Maeheon Academy, as well as family participation programs centered on Jeohandang and Dojungdo. Furthermore, the festival plans to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the repatriation of his remains through an exhibition zone featuring local youth, expressing the pain of the era and the hardships Yun Bong-gil endured in his pursuit of national independence.
