Cheongju National Heritage Night Tour

This is nighttime content that proclaims the value of Apkaksu Tree following its designation from a Chungbuk Monument to a Natural Monument, and expresses the flow of its thousand-year history through the four seasons. It plans to introduce the history of Cheongju by portraying the changing appearance of Apkaksu Tree throughout the four seasons as the passage of time. We intend to unfold the "Spring of Loyalty," utilizing the story of Mok-eun Yi Saek and Apkaksu Tree; the "Summer of Struggle," capturing the recapture of Cheongju Castle, the first land battle victory of the Imjin War; the "Autumn of Balance," based on the legends of the main fortress and the Iron Flagpole at Yongdusa Temple Site; the "Winter of Revolution," featuring the story of Cheongju as the center of the Donghak Movement; and finally, the "Four Seasons of Hope," depicting the old downtown area regaining vitality 365 days a year through national heritage.
