The 2026 Miryang National Heritage Night Festival is a nighttime cultural heritage festival centered around Yeongnamnu Pavilion, which harmonizes with the cliffs of the Miryang River. Under the theme "Miryang River, Connecting Citizens and Heritage," the festival consists of eight "Night" programs: night scenery, night walks, night history, night art, night food, night markets, night performances, and night lodging. A key feature of the festival is the performance themed around Eungcheon Arirang and a fireworks display set against the backdrop of Yeongnamnu Pavilion. Additionally, the event aims to revitalize local commercial districts through the operation of the Miryang Arirang Traditional Market, a local artists' art market, and a citizens' street market. Its purpose is to expand local resident participation and provide opportunities for cultural enjoyment through citizen participation programs.
