The Andong Cherry Blossom Festival is a representative regional spring festival held throughout Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, coinciding with the cherry blossom blooming season. Centered around the banks of the Nakdong River and major cherry blossom paths in the city center, it is characterized by offering visitors experiences that combine natural scenery with cultural programs. During the festival, cherry blossom tunnels, nighttime landscape lighting, street performances, hands-on programs, flea markets, and local food zones are in operation.
