The "2026 Car-Free Jamsugyo Walking Festival" is a free event hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Future Han River Headquarters and is a representative street festival of Seoul designed to allow citizens to enjoy relaxation in the city center and various cultural programs. Permanent programs have been further expanded around Jamsugyo Bridge, including the Moonlight Restaurant, where food from various countries is gathered; the Moonlight Shop, where you can find your own unique items ranging from handicrafts to eco-friendly accessories; and rest areas where people of all ages can return to their childlike innocence and enjoy fun activities while taking a leisurely break. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the festival anew at any time through eight special programs that change every time, such as the Walking Parade enjoyed with citizens and the Rainbow Live Stage, where you can enjoy vivid live performances under the sunset.
