Ulsan Onggi Festival

*The festival details below are from the previous year (2025); the details for 2026 are currently being updated.* The Ulsan Onggi Festival is the only festival in Korea specialized in the theme of 'Onggi,' which has been with the Korean people for over a thousand years. As the festival is held in Oegosan Onggi Village in Ulju-gun, where Onggi is produced using traditional methods, it naturally promotes 'Onggi,' the region's representative specialty, and contributes to the distribution of everyday Onggi and the development of traditional industries. From Onggi-making demonstrations by artisans to the opportunity to try making Onggi yourself, a variety of hands-on experiences, exhibitions, and performances are prepared.
